There for You video
To help you address the things you may be really concerned about in the event of a death or serious illness – like helping your children cope, or understanding a medical diagnosis – we’ve created a short video which demonstrates the support we offer.
RedArc Personal Nurse Adviser
As part of the There For You service, you will also be assigned a highly trained and experienced telephone based Personal Nurse Adviser to provide you with practical advice.
The Personal Nurse Adviser service is included with some of our new Protect policies at no extra cost and covers you, your spouse or partner and your children.
The support starts on the day that the cover commences and you don’t have to make a claim to use it.
Even if you’re feeling better and decide that you no longer need help, you can always call back in the future if you feel you need the support of your Personal Nurse Adviser again.

Using There for You
If you or your family want to use one of the There for You services you can ring RedArc directly at any time during office hours on 01244 625180. Remember, you don’t have to claim on your policy to use the There for You service.
Alternatively, if you do make a claim we can, with your permission, pass on your details to RedArc who will call you back shortly afterwards. After your initial conversation RedArc will be able to assign you the Personal Nurse Adviser who is best qualified to help you.
