ONLINE CUSTOMER CENTRE AVAILABILITY

The below table details when our online Customer Centre will be unavailable, or will have limited functionality, due to service improvements or maintenance. We thank you for your patience whilst we complete this essential work.

OLD MUTUAL WEALTH LIFE ASSURANCE LTD BECOMES REASSURE LIFE LTD

On 1 January 2020 Quilter plc completed the sale of Old Mutual Wealth Life Assurance Limited (OMWLAL) to ReAssure. Old Mutual Wealth Life Assurance Ltd was renamed ReAssure Life Ltd on 13 June 2020, taking on the ReAssure brand.

If you used the Old Mutual Wealth online Customer Centre you’ll still be able to access your former OMWLAL policies online by using the new ReAssure Online Customer Centre. This will provide all of the same information and services that you access now.

If you have a former OMWLAL policy and want to register online you will need to do that through the new ReAssure Online Customer Centre as well.
