How do I get a valuation?


Answer:

The quickest way to get a valuation is through our online Customer Centre, where you can see an ‘at-a-glance’ view of your investment whenever you need.

We can also give you a valuation over the phone. Call us on Freephone 0808 171 2626 if you have an ISA, Collective Investment Account, Collective Investment Bond or Collective Retirement Account or 0808 171 2600 for all other products. We will need to ask you some security questions when you call, so it may help to have a recent statement to hand.

You can, of course, also ask your financial adviser.

Want online access to your account? Register here. For your security, you will need to have proof of identity, such as a passport or driving licence, so make sure you have these to hand.
