Do you need to carry out an urgent transaction?

While our phone lines are very busy, to support customers’ most important needs, we are prioritising the most urgent requests such as:

  • serious ill health or bereavement claims
  • power of attorney queries
  • making investments
  • taking money out
  • switching funds, and
  • requests from those whose circumstances mean they need an extra level of support.
