The new role has been created to enable Skandia to have specific focus on its UK and international customer propositions. Previously Phil Oxenham headed up both the UK and international proposition marketing teams and will now focus solely on the development and marketing of Skandia’s international proposition.
The expansion of the proposition marketing team follows a number of significant additions to the Skandia proposition, including the launch of the WealthSelect investment proposition in the UK and the continued development of Wealth Interactive internationally. Having specific focus on the UK and international propositions will enable Skandia to better support financial advisers.
Tom has been at Skandia for 15 years, and has a wealth of experience of both the market and the Skandia proposition. He previously headed up the strategy and research team and prior to that had roles within the sales team and marketing development.
