What we are telling your clients about carrying out transactions

As you might expect our phone lines are incredibly busy as present, so here is the advice we are giving to your clients about contacting us.

 

Checking the value of investments

Most people find the quickest and easiest way to get a valuation is by using our online Customer Centre. If you have clients who are not using it, please do encourage them to do so. They can activate your account in less than four minutes.Carrying out urgent transactions

While our phone lines are very busy, to support customers’ most important needs, we are prioritising the most urgent requests such as:

  • serious ill health or bereavement claims
  • power of attorney queries
  • making investments
  • taking money out
  • switching funds, and
  • requests from those whose circumstances mean they need an extra level of support.
