Getting started with our platform

If you’re new to Old Mutual Wealth, welcome. To get started, you need to follow the steps set out below.

How to apply for terms of business

If you are a directly authorised firm, first register for our Terms of Business which you can do through Origo's Agency Registration Service. This service allows you to complete an application for Terms of Business which is then issued to us and a number of participating product providers with whom you wish to establish a relationship. Alternatively, please print and return the Intermediary Registration Form.

If you are a subsidiary account of a directly authorised firm, you can post or email the following details: the name and FCA number of the directly authorised firm; your firm name; your address; your sort code and bank account.

How to access our online services

Once you are registered it is time to decide who your master user is going to be. Your authorised signatory must then complete our master user registration form and send it to us following the instructions on the form.

After you’ve successfully registered, your master user will receive logon details giving them access to our adviser extranet. To log on to the platform, simply visit Old Mutual Wealth's Platform.

From there, your master user can set up advisers and administrators in each of your locations.

How to register for secure email

To enable Old Mutual Wealth to send you customer details by email, you will need to set up secure email. This can be done through Unipass, which is a free service that’s easy to use, gives you access to a number of provider web sites without multiple certificates, usernames and passwords, and only needs to be set up once.

How clients can register for online access

Clients can register for online access through our Online Customer Centre. They will need a form of ID, such as a passport, driving licence or utility bill to complete their application.

Clients can see up to date valuations, make switches, see statements, and update contact details.
