That’s why we’ve developed an online service to bring your clients closer to their investments, our online Customer Centre (OCC). We’ve also got an entire section or our customer-facing website dedicated to financial education – providing a variety of different content and helping customers better understand their finances.

By letting your clients go online to carry out some basic servicing themselves, you can focus on the areas that add most value for your clients and your business. You can add your own logo and contact details to our online service, so it can act as an extension of your own brand. It means that you can be at the forefront of your clients’ thoughts throughout their online user journey. To add your logo, please email it to us, together with your FCA number.

To make sure your brand is present, you need to register your company on our ‘Find an Old Mutual Wealth Registered Adviser’ tool. If you add your logo and contact details to the tool, we‘ll soon be able to transfer them across to the Customer Centre too. Plus, you have the added benefit of the chance to attract new clients looking for an adviser in their area.
