What’s more, we are in the midst of a programme of continually developing the services we offer you with the aim of giving you the best online experience possible.

About our new online Customer Centre

At the end of April 2014 we launched our all-new online ‘Customer Centre’, with a new look and feel and more functionality to bring you even closer to your investments with us.

Highlights include the ability to:

  • view all your Old Mutual Wealth accounts in one secure place
  • reduce paperwork by choosing to receive documentation exclusively online for certain accounts
  • obtain valuations
  • switch your fund choice, free of Old Mutual Wealth administration charges*
  • keep your personal details up-to-date, such as email address, password and security information.

How you can access this new service

Already use our online services?

If you are seeing the upgraded version for the first time, just use your existing username and password to log in as usual. The first time you log in to the new Customer Centre you will be asked to provide a few more details as part of our upgraded security. You will then have full access to all the benefits of the service.

It’s quick and easy to register for the service. Click here for an easy to use guide.
